Slightly Used Inogen One G5 Replacement Columns (Sieve Beds)
In order to create medical grade oxygen, your slightly used Inogen One G5 relies on the sieve beds located in the replacement columns.
The slightly used Inogen One G5 replacement column set are replacement sieve beds for your slightly used Inogen One G5 portable oxygen concentrator!
You will have to regularly change your replacement columns to keep your slightly used G5 in pristine working order.
It’s recommended that you change your replacement columns every 12 to 18 months to maximize the life of your unit.
However, the frequency that you will need to change these columns is all dependent on the climate you live in, how often you use your concentrator, and if you store your concentrator properly.
No need to worry, your slightly used Inogen One G5 will tell you when it’s time to replace the sieve beds.

Simple and Tool Free Replacement
Replacing your slightly used Inogen One G5 sieve beds is incredibly simple. You don’t need any additional tools and it should only take you a couple of minutes. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to replace your sieve beds:
Step 1: Turn off the slightly used Inogen One® G5 concentrator by pressing the power button to shutdown the device
Step 2: Remove the slightly used Inogen One® G5 concentrator from the carry case
Step 3: Remove the battery from the slightly used Inogen One® G5 concentrator
Step 4: Place the slightly used Inogen One® G5 concentrator on its side so that the underside is visible. The metal column assembly can be seen on one side of the device
Step 5: Unlock the column assembly by pushing the latch button away from the columns
Step 6: While holding the button open, slide the column assembly out of the device by pulling on the column pull handle
Step 7: Remove the columns completely from the slightly used Inogen One® G5. Both columns are removed as one piece
Step 8: Column (metal tube) Installation: Remove dust caps of new column assembly. Make sure there is no dust or debris where the dust caps were located
Step 9: Insert column assembly into the slightly used Inogen One® G5 concentrator. Do not leave the column ends exposed; column assembly should be inserted into the slightly used Inogen One® G5 as soon as the dust caps have been removed
Step 10: Push the column assembly into the device such that the columns are fully seated into the slightly used Inogen One G5 concentrator. The spring loaded latch button should fully return to the closed position
Step 11: Connect the AC power supply cord to the slightly used Inogen One® G5 and plug the power supply AC cord into an electrical outlet. Do Not Power on the slightly used Inogen One® G5 concentrator
Step 12: Press and hold the plus (+) and (-) minus button for 5 seconds. The screen will display the following informational icon. Release button once icon is displayed on screen.
Step 13: Press the alert button once and screen will display the following informational icons.
Step 14: Press the power button to turn on the slightly used Inogen One G5, and use normally.
The Importance of the Slightly Used Inogen One G5 Replacement Column Sieve Beds
When it comes to sieve beds, without functioning replacement column sieve beds your slightly used Inogen One G5 is essentially useless.
The sieve beds are located in the replacement columns and they are responsible for turning normal, ambient air into medical grade oxygen.
As you use your slightly used Inogen One G5, your sieve beds are working nonstop to filter out impurities in the air to provide you with the medical grade oxygen you need.
