AirSep FreeStyle External Battery Pack

The AirSep FreeStyle 3 and FreeStyle 5 have both received cosmetic and performance upgrades. The FreeStyle portable oxygen concentrator has gone from a black finish, to a vibrant white finish.

But more importantly the battery option for the AirSep FreeStyle 3 and 5 are no longer internal. Instead, the portable oxygen concentrators feature a lightweight, external battery pack, that delivers longer portable operation than the older, internal battery.

Extended Battery Life = More Freedom

Thanks to some intense research and development, AirSep was able to completely reengineer the FreeStyle 3 and 5 battery option. Now featuring a completely external battery pack, you no longer have to add on additional weight in the form of an external battery to enjoy longer portable usage.

The external battery pack for the AirSep FreeStyle 3 will deliver up to 3.5 hours on a pulse setting of 2, compared to 2.5 hours on the same setting with the old internal battery.

On the other hand, the AirSep FreeStyle 5 new external battery pack will deliver up to 2.5 hours on a pulse setting of 2. You can view the full battery specs of both units by looking at the table below.

Whether purchasing the AirSep FreeStyle 3 or FreeStyle 5 portable oxygen concentrator, you will receive two charging methods. Unlike other medical oxygen devices that have an AC power Supply and a DC Power Supply.

The FreeStyle line of oxygen concentrators feature a unique universal power supply, that features both the AC and DC power supplies in one compact device. Helping to save space and reduce the weight of your accessory bag.

The AC power supply option allows you to charge your FreeStyle 3 or FreeStyle 5 POC through any conventional wall outlet. While simultaneously receiving your prescribed dosage of medical grade oxygen.

While the DC power supply will give you complete access to all flow settings on both the FreeStyle 3 and FreeStyle 5, while charging and powering your concentrator through your vehicles DC power outlet (cigarette lighter).

A fully depleted FreeStyle external battery pack will recharge in up to 4-5 hours, with both the AC and DC power supplies.

If you travel frequently or are constantly running errands, this accessory will be for you. However, the COPD Store highly recommends that all patients have additional batteries in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. The external desktop battery charger allows you to charge up to 2 external battery packs simultaneously in up to 4-5 hours.

Featuring its own AC power supply, simply plug the external desktop charger into any of your homes’ power outlets, and attach up to 2 battery packs into the available charging bays and the charger will take care of the rest.

That’s right, you can simply set it and forget it. This accessory is ideal when traveling or if you’ll be out running errands. Before you head out, attach one or two extra battery packs onto the external desktop charger, then once you return 4-5 hours later you will have 1 or 2 fully recharged batteries that you can swap out for your current depleted battery.

1st Class Medical is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
