The slightly used 24 cell battery for the slightly used Inogen One G2 is for the traveling oxygen patient, or the patient that doesn’t mind adding a little extra weight in exchange for an extended battery life. On a setting 2, the slightly used 24 cell battery will operate for up to an incredible 8 hours. That means you can fly from California to New York on a single battery! Though it is recommended to have multiple batteries on hand, as the FAA requires 150% of the flight time in battery life.

Charging the slightly used 24 cell battery is quick, easy, and there are multiple ways to charge. When the slightly used 24 cell is hooked up to the slightly used G2, it will automatically charge when the AC or DC power supply. Throughout the duration of charging, all flow settings can be used but doing this will add additional time to the charging cycle.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used. The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy. If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee.
Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.
