Charging Without Any Restrictions

Just like the G5 concentrator will restore your freedom that was once lost, that same freedom is experienced when needing to charge your Inogen One G5 battery!

The Inogen One G5 single battery is able to be charged by the AC power supply, DC power supply, and the optional external battery charger.

When you’re at home relaxing and you need to charge your G5 single battery, simply reach for the included AC power supply. Simply plug on end into the concentrator and the other end into a nearby wall outlet and your battery will begin to charge.

The AC power supply will recharge your single battery in no longer than 4 hours. However, if you need to use the G5 while charging you can do so, but the charging time will be increased.

Let’s face it, when it comes time to recharge your Inogen One G5 8-cell battery, chances are you won’t always be at home. But don’t worry Inogen has you covered with the included DC power supply.

This handy little cord allows you to seamlessly power and charge your Inogen One G5 in your car, truck, SUV, RV, or boat as long as it has a standard cigarette lighter outlet. Just like the AC power supply, you can use the unit while charging in your vehicle but that will prolong the charging cycle.

Finally, if you choose to purchase more than one battery to ensure you never run out of juice, then the optional Inogen One G5 external battery charger should be something that you consider!

This compact external charger allows you to charge Inogen One G5 single battery externally from the unit. This way while using one battery, you can have another battery on the side charging up for interruption free operation of your Inogen One G5.

1st Class Medical is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
