The Zen-O AC Power Supply is a major lifeline for your portable oxygen concentrator. You use it to recharge your batteries. You use it to power your concentrator overnight while you sleep. Charges Up to 2 Batteries

One of the more convenient features the AC power supply has to offer is that it can recharge one or two batteries at a time, as long as they are installed in your concentrator.

Whenever you plug your Zen-O concentrator into the AC power supply, your batteries will begin to recharge and your concentrator will still continue to deliver your required oxygen. This makes using your Zen-O for nighttime oxygen delivery simple and easy. Not to mention your batteries will be fully charged when you wake up!

Having the ability to charge one or two batteries at a time also gives you the option to speed-up your charging time. Let’s say you are preparing dinner and are missing an ingredient, but your batteries aren’t charged enough to run to the store…

You can take one battery out of your Zen-O and it will take less time to recharge one battery than it will take to recharge 2 batteries.  Once your battery is charged, you should have enough battery life to run to the store and grab your missing ingredient.

Fast Battery Recharge

When it comes to recharging your batteries, you want it to be fast and efficient so you aren’t left waiting around all day. With your Zen-O portable oxygen concentrator, the AC power supply is the fastest and most efficient way you can recharge the batteries installed in your concentrator.

Compared to the DC power supply, the AC power supply has a stronger current of electricity because it plugs directly into the your wall outlet. This speeds up the charging process. In fact, it only takes 3-4 hours to fully recharge one battery.

It’s important to remember that if you are using your concentrator while you are recharging your batteries it will take closer to the 4 hours mark. This is because the electricity is also powering your concentrator. Also, as stated above, your batteries will recharge faster if one of the batteries is in the machine instead of two.

Compatible with US, European, and UK power cords

Mobility Return Policy

1st Class Medical is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
