The Zen-O DC power supply enhances the freedom and independence your portable oxygen concentrator provides you with. Whether you’re in between errands, taking a road trip, or going on a date with your loved one the DC power supply will allow your concentrator to supply you with oxygen while preserving your battery life for when it really matters!
The DC power supply plugs into any 12v outlet or cigarette lighter in your vehicle. You can use it in your car, truck, RV, or boat as long as you can access a 12v outlet.

When it comes to continuous flow portable oxygen concentrators, a lot of the different units have limitations when using the DC power supply. Not with the Zen-O! Whenever your Zen-O is plugged into the DC power supply not only will your concentrator run off of your vehicles battery, the batteries you have installed in the machine will recharge on EVERY oxygen setting.
It doesn’t matter if you require 2.0 LPM or a pulse flow setting of 6, the DC power supply will be able to power your concentrator and recharge your batteries simultaneously.
We recommend plugging your concentrator into the DC power supply whenever you can simply because you will preserve your battery life for when it really matters!
Charging Virtually Anywhere
The major advantage that the DC power supply provides you with is that you can recharge your batteries virtually anywhere! As long as your vehicle has a 12v outlet or a cigarette lighter you will be able to power your concentrator and recharge your batteries.
You can be fishing on the lake with your friends, driving down the coastline enjoying the views, or going to a friends house for dinner and as long as you have your DC power supply you will never run out of oxygen or battery life!
Now it’s important to remember that because the DC power supply is using your vehicle’s battery, it will take longer to fully recharge your batteries. The AC power supply is more efficient because it has a stronger power source.
The DC power supply also has the ability to recharge one or two batteries as long as they are installed in the machine.

Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately. If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours. We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.
Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used. The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy. If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.
All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee.
Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.
All new units come with a factory warranty. Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
