Unique Design 

The unique design of the Inogen One G4 custom carrying case allows you to carry your concentrator with or without the carrying case. Normally the shoulder strap attaches to the carrying case, requiring that you use the case to carry your concentrator. With the Inogen One G4, the shoulder strap does not connect to the case, it connects to the concentrator itself. 

With the G4 carrying case, you won’t ever struggle trying to take your concentrator out of the case or put it back in. The case is conveniently equipped with a zipper on the side so you will never have issues with your carrying case getting stuck. 

Easy to Clean

Cleaning the carrying case is often overlooked by a lot of oxygen users, but in reality it should be a regular occurance. Not only does cleaning your case keep it looking good, it reduces your risk of getting sick or experiencing a COPD exacerbation. Washing your carrying case once ever 2-4 weeks depending on usage will be a good schedule to follow. However, you will want to wash your case if you were recently sick or if you notice your case is getting dirtier than normal.

Using a Washing Machine

The easiest way to clean your carrying case is by throwing it in your washing machine. Simply put your carrying case in your washing machine with mild laundry detergent. Once your carrying case is finished in the washing machine leave it out to air dry. Do not put it in your dryer.

Hand Washing

Hand washing your custom carrying case may take more effort, but it is still a perfect way to clean your case. Remember if you are short of breath or become breathless while washing your carrying case, take a break and catch your breath. Don’t over exert yourself.

Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
