The slightly used Inogen One G5 DC power supply quickly & conveniently powers your concentrator and recharges your battery on all pulse flow settings.

It is equipped with a 12v power cord allowing you to plug it into any 12v outlet or cigarette lighter in your vehicle. You can use the DC power supply in your car, truck, RV, or boat to power your concentrator and save your battery life for when you really need it.  

Depending on the battery type you have installed in your slightly used G5, using the DC power supply can take up to 4 hours to full recharge your single battery and up to 8 hours to fully recharge your double battery. If you are using your slightly used Inogen G5 concentrator while it is plugged into the DC power supply it may take longer to achieve a full charge.

Before you plug your concentrator into the DC power supply, make sure your vehicle is turned on. If it is not turned on before you plug it in, you may possibly blow a fuse or drain your vehicle’s battery.

Here are step by step instructions on how to recharge your slightly used G5 battery using the DC power supply: 

1. Make sure your vehicle is turned on and your battery is installed in the unit before you try to use the DC power supply

2. Plug the DC power supply into the slightly used Inogen One G5

3. Plug the DC power supply into the cigarette lighter or 12v outlet

4. When charging is complete or you are done using the power supply, unplug it and store it with your other accessories for future use

Your slightly used Inogen One G5 DC power supply is ideal for daily use, traveling across the country, and everything in-between. It doesn’t have a bulky power brick so you can easily bring it wherever you go and it takes up very little space when you have to store it. 

Cleaning the DC Power Supply

Although there aren’t any “best practices” for cleaning your DC power supply, we recommend cleaning it once every two weeks. This will help prevent germ and bacteria from building up on the power supply and lower your risk of getting sick or experiencing an exacerbation. 

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to clean your slightly used G5 DC power supply:

1. Disconnect the DC power supply from your slightly used Inogen One G5

2. Disconnect the DC power supply from the 12v outlet

3. Clean the power cords with a mild household cleaner or a natural cleaning solution and wipe the cords dry

Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
