With the added convenience of being able to recharge your battery without plugging your concentrator in you are able to get more accomplished throughout your day.

The single-bay external battery charger is equipped with an 110v power cord allowing you to recharge your battery wherever you’re staying.

Along with recharging your battery, this external battery charger has the capability of recalibrating your battery. To notify you when the charging or recalibrating cycle is done, it is equipped with an LED indication system.

Less Down Time

Without the Respironics SimplyGo external battery charger your only option to recharge your battery is to plug it into the AC or DC power supply.

This means plugging your concentrator in and limiting your productivity until your battery is fully charged. With the SimplyGo external battery charger you have the ability to recharge your battery regardless of what you need to get done.

With a quick recharge time of 2 – 3 hours, you can run some errands and come back to a fully charged battery to keep your day going.

Calibrate Your Battery

As you use your SimplyGo more and more, you may notice your battery doesn’t hold a charge as long as it used to. In most cases this would indicate you need a new battery, however, the SimplyGo external battery charger has a calibration mode.

Calibrating your battery will reset the lithium-ion cells to ensure it holds as much of a charge as possible. If your battery is extremely old, calibrating your battery may not have a significant impact.

The calibration process can take up to 8 hours per battery. The LED indication system will notify you once the calibration process is complete. If it takes longer than 8 hours, your battery needs to be replaced.

LED Indication System

The LED indication system shows you what stage your battery is at during the charging or calibrating process. It is a multi-colored LED indication system to make it easy for you to identify what mode you are using.

When set to charging mode the LED indication system uses green lights. When using the calibration mode the LED indication system uses blue lights.

1st Class Medical is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
