Let’s face it, you’re busy, between regular trips to the grocery store, catching up with old friends, traveling and spending time with your family, you need both of your hands for varying tasks throughout the day.

The addition of the backpack will take the SimplyGo Mini out of your hands and onto your back to provide 100% hands free operation.

Compatible with Both Battery Types

Just like with the SimplyGo Mini carrying case, the backpack also features a zipper extending bottom to allow the usage of both the 8-cell and 16-cell batteries.

When using the standard 8-cell battery simply insert the machine into the backpack and you’re ready to take on the day. On the other hand, using the extended 16-cell battery requires you to unzip the base of the backpack to extend the base of the backpack to fit the larger battery.

Enhanced Comfort with Adjustable Padded Shoulder Straps

Enjoy nothing but the highest level of comfort with the backpack, offering two padded shoulder straps that allow you to adjust the fitting to find an optimal fitting specifically for you.

Accessing the Control Panel

Unlike the carrying case, the backpack does not feature an open area over the control panel. However, by simply unzipping the main front zipper you will have a clear view of the control panel to allow system or flow setting changes on the fly.

Absolutely! If you are using the 8-cell battery simply put the unit in the backpack and you’re good to go. The use of the larger 16-cell battery will require you to extend the base of the backpack by unzipping it before use.

Can I Access the Control Panel on the go when I’m using the Backpack?

Yes, simply unzip the large front pocket where you first inserted the POC into the backpack. This will provide a clear view of the SimplyGo Mini LCD touchscreen control panel.

Mobility Return Policy

1st Class Medical is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
