Effortless Setup

In as little as a couple of minutes you will successfully start protecting your SimplyGo Mini POC with the custom carrying case.

Installing the carrying case is simplistic, simply unfasten the Velcro strip, unzip the side zipper, and slide the unit into the custom carrying case.

Secure the SimplyGo Mini in the carrying case by zipping the zipper shut and reconnecting the Velcro strap on top of the case.

Multiple Carrying Options to Meet Your Demand

At times you may only need access to one hand and other times you will need both hands to complete a task.

Which is why Respironics designed the SimplyGo Mini carrying case to be as versatile in the fact that it allows you to transport your machine in the most convenient manner.

For short trips or to quickly pick up the SimplyGo Mini, the carrying case features an integrated handle strap to allow you to carry the SimplyGo Mini like a briefcase.

If you plan on being out running errands for an extended period of time, the most comfortable and completely hands-free option is the padded shoulder strap.

The removable shoulder strap allows you to wear the carrying case as a shoulder bag or draped across both shoulders to deliver the ultimate level of comfort and support.

Expedited Control Panel Access

Whether you need to change your oxygen flow setting or monitor the status of your battery, the on-board SimplyGo Mini LCD touchscreen control panel can quickly be accessed without needing to remove the carrying case.

Additional Storage Space

To provide a convenient and easy to reach location for a few small personal items such as a wallet, ID, cell phone and oxygen prescription, the SimplyGo Mini carrying case was designed with a small front pocket.

Compatible with Both Battery Types

To be even more patient friendly, the carrying case for the SimplyGo Mini oxygen concentrator offers the capability of being used with both the standard 8-cell and extended 16-cell batteries.

If you are using the 8-cell battery just insert the unit into the case and enjoy.

Opting to use the 16-cell battery will require you to unzip the bottom of the carrying case.

Doing so will extend the bottom of the case to allow the device to fit in the bag.

Ventilated Base

Exposing your battery to extreme heat can cause it to overheat and possibly fail.

To prevent this costly catastrophe, Respironics engineered the carrying case with a mesh material that surrounds the battery.

This way during treatment the SimplyGo Mini has adequate ventilation that prevents the battery from overheating.

Power Input and Cannula Connector Access

Once you put the carrying case on your SimplyGo Mini there will be very few times that you actually have to remove it, specifically for cleaning and battery changing purposes.

The SimplyGo Mini carrying case offers an opening for both the cannula connector and power input ports.

Allowing you to operate or charge your SimplyGo battery using the AC or DC power supplies while protecting your machine.

Cleaning the Carrying Case

If needed, you may clean the carrying case in a washing machine using only mild laundry detergent. Once completed allow to completely air dry before putting the SimplyGo Mini back into the case.

You may also hand wash the carrying case using the following steps:

  • Step 1: Remove the Respironics SimplyGo from the Carrying Case
  • Step 2: Dampen a Cloth in Warm Water and Mild Liquid Dish Detergent
  • Step 3: Use the Cloth to Wipe the Outer Surfaces of the Case Clean

1st Class Medical is here to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange your item purchased within 30 days of receipt, guaranteed. With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you need to return your device you are responsible for all shipping/handling costs.

Upon receipt of your item please inspect the box for damages. Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately.  If a unit is damaged in shipping, we must notify the shipping company within 48 hours.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us.

Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping & handling) for all new units.  The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

We can’t sell a product as new if it has been damaged or used.  The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 30 days and the unit remains in unused/like new condition, has not been used in a smoke-filled environment. Units must be returned in original packaging for 100% return policy.  If a unit has been opened and used within the home a 15% re-stock will apply to your return plus shipping charges/handling charges.  

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us, 1-800-520-5726, so that we can assist you with doing so. You must pay for return shipping costs.  When returning the unit to us please insure the package for the full value.

After 30 days, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund or exchange your unit.

All items returned without a return authorization, including items returned to us for refusal delivery, are subject to the 25% restocking fee. 

Any units that are returned due to customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.

All new units come with a factory warranty.  Warranty repairs can be handled by contacting us 1-800-520-5726. You are responsible for all shipping costs on warranty work.
